Privacy
Policy
We
are committed to protecting your privacy.
We
collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to
process your order and second, to provide you with the best
possible service.
The
type of information we will collect about you includes:
your
name
address
phone number
email address
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
You can check the information that we hold about you by
emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete
or correct it promptly.
We
may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of
visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie"
which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify
your browser to prevent this happening. The information
collected in this way can be used to identify you unless
you modify your browser settings.
If
you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should
email us.
Pricing
All
prices shown are in UK pounds sterling.
Delivery
- Jigsaws
When
products are currently in stock, we aim to process and despatch
all orders within 1 working day. However, if any items are
not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. Please
therefore allow up to 28 days. We aim to keep you informed
via email of the progress of your order. If you require
an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to
contact our help desk - Click on the 'Contact Us' button
at the top left of this page..
Parcels
are sent with the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Interlink
Express (Mon - Fri 7.30am - 3pm). We can only deliver to
your delivery address given at the time of order and orders
over £18 may need to be signed for (excludes jigsaws
made to order and a handful of others, if in doubt please
contact the helpdesk). After they have been sent we can
not change the delivery address for any reason. Orders canceled
or refused on delivery after they have been sent will incure
a redelivery / return fee of £15 (excatly what Interlink
charge us to return a package to us)
We
are not responsible for orders not delivered within the
stated times. The times given are the delivery aim and not
guaranteed. Sometimes freak weather, road traffic can delay
orders being delivered on time and these are outside our
control.
Part
shipping of orders is done at our own descretion.
If
for any reason a personalised jigsaw is not delivered in
the stated or requested time. We can only print a replacement
no refunds can be given on these jigsaws.
IMPORTANT
- Please ensure the address you provide is 100% correct,
full and complete with postcode. You will be sent an email
after ordering that confirms your order details. Make sure
they are correct. We are not responsible for orders lost
in transit if the postcode or other parts of your address
are wrong.
If
you order a personalsied jigsaw of any nature they can not
be canceled after ordering, unless we make an error on the
jigsaw in which case a replacement will be sent. If the
image is unavailable that particular jigsaw we be refunded
any any others processed as normal. Not all Times and Map
based images are avaviable.
We
accept no liability for late delivery.
Should
Any Jigsaws Arrive Damaged
All
orders should be delivered in perfect condition as they
leave here that way. If your order arrives damaged you must
sign and accept it as damaged. Then contact us straight
away. If you refuse delivery you may need to collect the
items from the delivery depot.
Refunds
and Exchanges
Please
make your selections carefully. We will accept returns on
standard jigsaws, jigrolls and
boards, providing these are made within forteen days of
you recieving your goods AND the item reaches us in its
original condition (the item must be unopened) - You do
not have to give a reason. We also can not refund any personalised
jigsaws for any reason, if any mistake was made a replacement
may be printed at our discretion. Please contact us before
returning any item.
All refunds will be processsed within 14 days. Please note
that we can not refund the postage on any items returned
to us. If returning a product to us, please email sales@AllJigsawPuzzles.co.uk
with the details before doing so. We can not refund the
shipping cost of delivering the jigsaw/s to you. If you
received free postage or paid postage our real cost will
be deducted from the refund - Normally £2.80 for a
Royal Mail delivery or £4.90 for a parcel (Orders
outside the mainland UK are more)
Customer
Services
We
aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers.
It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you
of an expected despatch, and to meet this date in the vast
majority of cases. If our service falls below that to which
you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions
for the improvement of this site, please email our Customer
service team at customers@AllJigsawPuzzles.co.uk
International
Orders
We
aim to send all international orders as soon as possible.
Sometimes we will require further information before we
can dispatch an order. We will contact you if this is required.
On rare occasions we will have to refund some international
orders for various reasons including the overall size of
the order, concerns over delivery etc.
Customer
Complaints
If
you unhappy with the service you recieve from All
Jigsaw Puzzles please contact us imdetaildly so we can
correct the situation. All emails we be responded to within
3 working days. We will also keep you informed of everything
we are doing to correct the situation until the problem
has been solved.
Customer
details
Your
details will not be passed on to any third parties. We may,
however, periodically email you with information relating
to this website and any forthcoming affiliated sites. If
you wish to be removed from any mailing lists, please contact
our sales team.
Safety
Please
be aware that children should be watched at all times while
playing with the jigsaws. The jigsaws should only be used
on flat surfaces. Not all puzzles will be suitable for children,
if you are unsure please contact us. Beaware that the jigsaws
cointain small pieces and if used incorrectly may cause
harm.
Free
Gifts and Vouchers
As
with any offer there are a few terms and conditions that
apply. Firstly I have to let you know that my accountant
thought I was mad for running this offer because of how
much it is costing us! However I'm hoping that you'll try
us and come back again and again for your jigsaws - that
however is up to you!.... I want to give you the best service
possible.
We
do need to try and help cover some of the costs so please
note - You can only choose one free gift per order that
is over £30 (before postage, which is just £2.79)
for any UK mainland delivered order only. This offer is
only available while stocks last and can be withdrawn at
anytime.
Any
order over £50 will receive a £10 jigsaw voucher
that can be used in the future. The voucher will be invalid
if your original order that qualified is canceled, refunded,
returned to us. If you have used the voucher you must then
also send payment for the voucher or return the goods unopened.
Ways
of Paying
For
security purposes all credit card transactions are handled
via a secure server and processed by WorldPay,
our online clearing agents. AllJigsawPuzzles.co.uk have
no access to your credit card details. We accept all major
credit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc) and Switch.
You
are also able to pay by cheque. Please make the cheque payable
to World Ideas Limited and post to
